These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Study AI Plan (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Shenzhen Xundu Technology Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
The Service is a private-study workflow that may help users organize authorized materials and, where enabled, create study materials from them. Generated material may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your purpose. You must independently review it before relying on it.
2. Eligibility and accounts
We may ask for a self-declared date of birth and country to apply documented learner-protection or regional rules. We do not use these fields as civil-identity proofing or learning-product verification.
An account may be required before a feature is available. You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting the account-access methods made available to you.
3. Your materials and permission
You may submit only material that you own or are authorized to use for private study. Where required, you must give a fresh affirmative acknowledgement that you have the necessary ownership or authorization.
You retain your rights in your materials. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, transmit, process, and display your materials only as needed to operate, secure, maintain, and provide the Service to you, including through third-party AI and infrastructure services where generation is enabled. This permission ends when the applicable material is deleted, subject to the retention and deletion limits described in the Privacy Notice.
Your acknowledgement is your statement. We do not verify ownership, permission, legality, or identity.
4. Permitted use
You must not use the Service to submit or process material unlawfully or in violation of another person's rights; bypass access, eligibility, rights, security, or abuse controls; seek public sharing, redistribution, public caching, or user-content indexing through the Service; or interfere with the Service or create a security, rights, or data-isolation risk.
5. AI processing
Where generation is enabled, information and material needed for the request may be processed by third-party AI and infrastructure services. AI-generated material can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. You must review it independently before relying on it.
6. Privacy and retention
Our handling of information, including requests to access, correct, or delete personal information, is described in the Privacy Notice. These Terms do not promise immediate, complete, or irreversible deletion. They also do not override retention that is necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or applicable legal obligations.
7. Suspension, quarantine, and removal
We may restrict access, quarantine material, remove material, or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to address a rights complaint, abuse, security event, data-isolation concern, valid legal request, or a violation of these Terms or the Content & Rights Policy.
We do not promise a particular notice, appeal, counter-notice, or dispute process unless it is separately finalized and implemented.
8. Paid subscriptions, payment, tax, renewal, and cancellation
The Service may offer Free, Study Plus, and Study Pro plans. Paid plans are recurring digital subscriptions processed through Stripe. The paid-plan prices shown at checkout are in USD before any applicable tax. Stripe Tax calculates applicable tax using the billing/tax information used for the transaction. We do not ship physical goods and do not collect a shipping address.
Before a paid checkout request, you must confirm: "By continuing to payment, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to use the payment method provided." This is a purchaser/payment confirmation. It is not a promise that we verify identity, payment-method ownership, or eligibility beyond the controls actually made available.
Your paid subscription renews automatically at the selected monthly or annual price unless you cancel. You can request cancellation through Billing. Cancellation is submitted to Stripe and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period after Stripe confirms the change. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund.
Payment methods are offered by Stripe subject to its availability and eligibility conditions. We do not promise that a particular payment method will be shown or accepted. A Checkout return page, redirect, URL, or client-side state does not itself confirm payment or grant an entitlement; the server-confirmed billing record controls access.
If Stripe reports a payment failure or past-due state, paid and new-cost entitlements may be disabled immediately. Existing study data remains available to read and delete, subject to the Privacy Notice and applicable law. We do not promise a grace period.
Refund requests and billing support are governed by the Refund & Billing Support Policy. A request submitted within a stated review window is not an automatic right to a refund, an approval promise, or a response-time guarantee.
9. Disclaimers and liability limit
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, security against every threat, or that outputs will meet your needs.
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, the maximum remedy available under these Terms is a refund of amounts you paid to us for the Service. Refund requests and billing support are governed by the Refund & Billing Support Policy; this section does not itself create an automatic right to a refund, an approval promise, or a response-time guarantee.
10. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
We may revise these Terms when the Service changes. A revised version will show a new effective date and must not be used to describe an unimplemented feature or an unverified data practice.
