Content & Rights Policy

This Content & Rights Policy applies to material submitted to Study AI Plan, operated by Shenzhen Xundu Technology Co., Ltd. It supplements the Terms of Service and Privacy Notice.

1. Private-study rule

You may submit only material that you own or are authorized to use for private study. Where required, before each submission you must make a fresh affirmative acknowledgement of that requirement.

The Service records your acknowledgement. It does not verify ownership, permission, legality, or identity. The Service does not offer public sharing, a public source library, user-content indexing, public caching, or redistribution features.

2. Prohibited material and conduct

You must not submit, request processing of, distribute through, or attempt to use the Service for material that is unlawful or violates another person's intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights; material for which you lack the required ownership, permission, or authorization; attempts to evade account, eligibility, rights, private-access, security, or abuse controls; or attempts to make material publicly accessible, shared, indexed, cached, redistributed, or included in a public library through the Service.

This policy does not create jurisdiction-specific prohibited-content categories. Where applicable law or a valid documented legal request applies, we may act under section 4.

3. Reporting a concern

To report a content, rights, or unauthorized-use concern, email content@studyaiplan.com. Do not rely on an in-app reporting form unless it is separately implemented and shown as available. Please provide only information reasonably needed to identify the concern, and do not include unnecessary sensitive information or raw material in an email subject line.

4. Review and enforcement

We may restrict access, quarantine material, remove material, or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to respond to a rights complaint, abuse, security event, data-isolation concern, valid legal request, or violation of this policy or the Terms.

We do not promise a particular notice, appeal, counter-notice, or dispute process unless it is separately finalized and implemented. A documented legal obligation may pause deletion only for the specific records subject to that obligation.

5. Paid features do not expand content rights

A paid plan provides only the applicable Service entitlement and does not give you additional ownership, license, distribution, recording, transcription, sharing, or other rights in material you submit. You may submit only material that you own or are authorized to use for private study, and any required rights acknowledgement remains required regardless of plan. Payment does not verify ownership, permission, legality, identity, or the accuracy of generated material.
