Privacy Notice
Effective date: 2026-09-02
Version: v1.4
Study AI Plan is operated by Shenzhen Xundu Technology Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Notice explains how we handle information when you use Study AI Plan (the "Service").
1. Information we may handle
Depending on the features made available in the Service, we may handle:
- account and access information, such as your email address, account identifier, and authentication or session records;
- a self-declared date of birth and resulting learner-protection state;
- acknowledgements that you own or are authorized to use submitted material;
- material you choose to submit for private study and study artifacts generated from that material, where those features are enabled;
- workflow information, such as status, timestamps, and deletion state; and
- communications you send to our support, privacy, security, or content contacts.
We do not use this notice to promise features that are not available, including public sharing, public content libraries, or public content indexing.
2. Why we handle information
We may handle information to provide and secure the private-study workflow; create and protect accounts; apply eligibility rules; record rights acknowledgements; receive and return study materials or artifacts; maintain workflow state; prevent abuse; troubleshoot errors; comply with applicable legal obligations; and respond to support, privacy, security, or rights concerns.
Each submission may require a fresh affirmative acknowledgement that you own the material or are authorized to use it. That acknowledgement records your statement; it does not verify ownership, permission, legality, or identity.
3. Third-party processing for enabled generation
If generation is enabled, third-party AI and infrastructure services may process the request information and material needed to provide that generation request. Do not submit material unless you are authorized to have it processed for your private-study use.
Public information pages are open to search indexing. The signed-in Service and these legal pages remain noindex. This notice does not authorize any feature or processing activity that has not been separately approved and enabled.
4. Retention and deletion
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Service; respond to requests or concerns; resolve disputes; and comply with applicable legal obligations. Retention may differ by data category and by the purpose for which information was collected.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by contacting us as described below. We will assess each request under applicable law and may need to verify that the request relates to the relevant account or information. We may retain limited information where necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or a legal obligation.
Deletion may take time to complete across active systems and backups. We do not promise immediate, complete, or irreversible deletion in every circumstance.
5. Cookies, analytics, and indexing
We use Plausible, a third-party analytics service, to measure aggregate page views and referring sources. It is loaded only on the public marketing pages, not on sign-in, account, or the private study workspace. It is cookieless: it sets no analytics cookie, does not identify you as an individual, and does not follow you across other sites. It does not receive your account identifier, your email address, or any material you submit. Those public marketing pages are open to search indexing; the signed-in Service and these legal pages remain noindex. The Service may use information necessary for account access, security, and basic operation.
6. Payments and billing information
If you choose a paid subscription, Stripe processes payment information and may process billing, tax, invoice, subscription, and payment-status information needed to complete and administer the transaction. We receive and use the billing and subscription information needed to provide the Service, maintain the billing record, respond to billing support or refund requests, prevent fraud and abuse, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce these Terms.
We do not receive or store full payment-card numbers or card security codes through the Service. Do not send payment-card details, security codes, or passwords to us by email or through Support.
Stripe Tax may use billing/tax information to calculate applicable tax. The Service is digital and does not collect a shipping address. Payment methods shown by Stripe may vary; we do not promise availability of a particular payment method.
We may retain billing-related records as reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, tax, and legal obligations. This does not promise a particular retention period or immediate deletion of billing records.
For billing or refund-request support, contact support@studyaiplan.com. For privacy requests, contact privacy@studyaiplan.com.
7. Contact and your choices
For privacy or data-related questions, including an access, correction, or deletion request, contact privacy@studyaiplan.com. For general support, contact support@studyaiplan.com. For security reports, contact security@studyaiplan.com. For content or rights concerns, contact content@studyaiplan.com.
Do not send passwords, raw source materials, or other unnecessary sensitive information in an email request.
8. Changes
We may revise this notice if the Service or its data practices change. A revised notice will display a new effective date. We will not use this notice to describe an unimplemented feature or an unverified data practice.
