How to make a study plan with AI
Most AI study tools ask you to trust an answer with nothing behind it. Study AI Plan works the other way round: you bring material you already own, and every step stays tied to it. Here is the whole loop, from an empty account to a diagnostic quiz and a clear next action.
What you need before you start
One thing only: a piece of English study material you own or are authorized to use — lecture notes, a chapter you wrote up, a summary, a transcript you made. Study AI Plan reads plain text formats, TXT and MD, up to 8,000 characters per source.
That character limit is not arbitrary. Notes are generated with a prompt that names every anchor the model is allowed to cite, by range, so a claim can be traced back to a specific part of your document. A source longer than the limit cannot be anchored that way, so it is refused at upload rather than accepted and failed later.
The five steps
Create and verify your account
Sign up with an email address and verify it. Verification exists so your study material is tied to an account you control, and so a deletion request can be honoured against a real owner.
Create a private project
A project is one subject, one body of material, one learning loop. It is private to your account from the first click: nothing you add is public, shared with other users, or indexed by search engines. The free workflow gives you 3 active projects.
Add a source and confirm your rights to it
Upload an English TXT or MD file and confirm you own it or are authorized to use it. The source then processes and reports its own status. You continue when it reads ready — not before, because Notes generated from a source that is not ready would have nothing reliable to point at.
Generate source-grounded Notes
Notes are written from your ready source and structured into sections you can read straight through. Each supported claim points back to an anchor in the original material, and the Notes carry a support status rather than a confident tone: supported when the evidence holds, needs review when it does not.
Take a diagnostic Quiz and act on what it finds
Choose a Quiz of 5, 10, 15 or 20 questions. The Quiz is diagnostic rather than a score to chase: it returns an explanation for every question, the topics you were weakest on, and a specific next action. That result — not a number — is your study plan for the next session.
Why the Quiz is sized, and why it can say no
A five-question Quiz asks one question per dimension: a misconception, a path, a case path, a variable, and an action plan. Larger sizes go deeper on the same dimensions.
If your source cannot reliably support the size you picked, Study AI Plan tells you the largest size it can support instead of inventing questions to fill the gap. A quiz padded with invented questions would still produce a score, and that score would be worse than useless — it would send you to revise something your material never covered.

What it deliberately does not do
